       Bob and Barbara 

THEIR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

The Fasys are NJ licensed real estate brokers. Bob is self-employed and the broker/owner of Fasy Real Estate. Barbara is an associate broker with Berger Realty in Ocean City also.

Before moving to the shore, they owned and operated a very successful real estate business in Rose Tree, Media, PA for 30 years. Prior to that, Bob and his brother, Jack, ran the family business - Joseph F. X. Fasy Real Estate - in Philadelphia. Most likely some member of your family has purchased a home from one of the Fasys, as this family has been in the real estate business for over 90 years!

Bob is a business graduate of St. Joseph's University and Barbara graduated with a teaching degree from Rosemont College and has her GRI designation (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), has an e-PRO designation from the National Association of Realtors and recently was the 34th realtor in the nation to get her RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) certification.

Both are highly trained and experienced real estate brokers and specialize in residential sales, rentals and property management. Bob's office is at 1229 Asbury Avenue in Ocean City, NJ while Barbara is at 1300 Bay Ave in Ocean City...just a few blocks apart. Both are members of the NJ Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

THEIR SPECIAL INTERESTS

Bob's hobby is working in the office and working around the yard especially taking care of his koi.  He enjoys sitting by the pond relaxing as he usually works 7 days a week! His other website is Buy Ocean City, NJ

Barb loves to swim, paint and work on her computer. She now is past chair of the Friends of the Ocean City Pops and keeps very active in this organization. She is also Past-President of her tole painting chapter, The Shore Pine Chapter of Decorative Artists in Ocean City, NJ.

They both love to travel especially to visit (and baby-sit) their 12 grandchildren and Zoe is now two and the love of their lives!!  UPDATE - Zoe is going to have a baby sister this summer - so they will have 8 granddaughters and 5 grandsons plus 2 great grandsons.

They also became great grandparents in mid November....a little boy.

Last year for Christmas, Barb and Bob received a puppy from some of their    children. Here is a picture of this adorable one year old pappapoo who now joins the ranks with all the "grand dogs" of which there are many
