Every year we send an original Christmas card, composed by Barbara Fasy, to all our friends, family and clients - hope you enjoy it too *

2007

'Twas the week before Christmas I had to confess; my shopping's not done, the house was a mess
Decorations were scattered in the den and hall; the tree was bare, no ornaments at all  

Panic was starting to set in in a hurry; I'd better get busy, get spirit, get merry
There was baking to do, more presents to buy - cleaning, decorating, shopping - oh my! 

            

The weather was balmy, not snowy and cold; I'd put those tasks on a next day hold
   Instead I'd been watching the seagulls, while enjoying my day, hearing the ocean, smelling the bay                      

Walking the boards, eating pizza and more, admiring decorations of downtown stores
Greeting friends, neighbors and strangers too, wishing all Merry Christmas to you and you


  
But the time had come for me to take charge, to tackle these jobs small and large
There was much to be done, I'd have to work fast, I didn't realize so much time had passed 

Santa himself must have realized my plight, because almost at once there was a welcoming sight 
Elves of all sizes had come to my aid, some dressed as cooks, some as maids

                                            

But the one dressed in red with white beard and all, stood holding wrapped gifts in my now clean hall
The tree was adorned with balls, lights and bows and even the stockings were filled to their toes 

                                      

Santa was glad I had taken the time, as we all should do, to enjoy God's gifts when given to you
He wished us all - joy, hope, peace and cheer - today tomorrow and all through the year
