Carol is a native of Bucks County who spent many summers at the Jersey shore. She has a strong educational background and work experience in the Banking industry. Although she is relatively new to the real estate business, she has experience in buying and selling real estate itself. She has bought and sold a number of properties herself before "retiring" to Ocean City after 26 years in the financial business. Customer service and attention to detail have always been top priority with her and she carries these same values into the real estate business. Bob Fasy

Bob is a NJ licensed real estate broker and owner. Since relocating to the shore in Ocean City, NJ, he has become a specialist in vacation sales and rentals on the South Jersey Coast. He is the one you need to contact as he is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of helping you rent, buy and sell residential and/or investment properties.

Bob has been in the business for over 50 years and is very dedicated to personal service. A graduate of St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, he is more than qualified to assist you.

He is a member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors. He also maintains his broker's license in PA and continues to take real estate courses in PA to satisfy his broker requirements there.. His real estate knowledge and expertise would be hard to surpass by most real estate agents in the nation.

Barbara Fasy, GRI, RSPS, ePRO

Barb, as she is known to her friends, has been in the real estate business for many, many years and brings a lot of experience, enthusiasm and "know how" with her. After graduating from Rosemont College, she taught school in the Upper Darby School District in PA. She then married Bob and they raised 7 wonderful children and are now proud grandparents of 12 beautiful and delightful grandchildren plus 2 great grandchildren. During this time she also became a licensed real estate broker in PA and in NJ. Barb works for Berger Realty but is the webmaster of all the Fasy Real Estate sites....so she is our "token" agent. She has just finished serving as the chair of the Friends of the Ocean City Pops so she is committed to her community as well, now as the past chair.
