NANTUCKET CONDOMINIUMS - 28th and Bay Avenue

These condos are just off Bay Avenue across from the Howard Stainton Wildlife Refuge. The sunset views are unbelievable and a real joy to watch. Although Bay Avenue is the furthest from the beach the island is narrow at this point and it is not too far to walk to the beach if you want. However, the boardwalk stops at 23rd Street and the amusements and main shopping are between 6th and 14th Street so driving there is a good option. This 91 unit condominium complex is a "little town" all its own and is beautifully maintained.
